Dreaming of Colcannon!
When I was gone from school I was sick in bed. When I got out of bed I played with Toby.
I think the Colcannon Room 4 made would be remarkable, amazing and magnificent!
It is an Irish dish of mashed potato, spring onions, chinese cabbage, salt, pepper and butter.
I was sad because I wanted to have some Colcannon. . .

My Kiwi fruit
Ezra brings shamrock celebration treats!
Mum and I made shamrock biscuits yesterday because Ireland beat the USA in their rugby world cup game. The score was 22- 10! Everyone in Room 4 got a fabulous surprise today.
I went to share them with some of the teachers and Mr Burt too - did you like them?

Going, going. . .
Guess what? The shearer was using the electric clippers to shear the sheep. We can make blankets, woolly winter hats and teddy bears from the wool.
I know a sheep is a NZ icon.
